Young Ngāpuhi Entertainer wins Junior Country Music Award 2017

Thank you for approving the discretionary funding for Serenity Grace to attend the New Zealand Country Music Awards in October 2017. Serenity Grace performed two songs at the event, ‘Let er Rip’ by the Dixie Chicks and ‘Go Rest high on that Mountain’ by Vince Gill.  We were overwhelmed when she won the 2017 New Zealand Country Music Award Entertainer of the Year for the Junior section title. Following her win Serenity Grace was inundated with performance requests and we are only just managing to come up for air. As always we are very proud of her and hope that she will pursue a career path related to her talents.
