From Aotearoa to USA for Mega Crew Dancer

Tēnā koutou.  We wanted to say a big Ngā Mihi to Te Rūnanga-Ā-Iwi O Ngā Puhi for your continued support and sponsorship of our daughter Taimania Pupuke who was awarded the Discretionary fund back in July 2017. Taimania travelled to USA with her dance crew in August and placed 10th in the World in the mega Crew division. It was a tough competition with many amazing mega crews from around the world and we are proud they placed 10th considering their dance crew average ages are 14-18yrs, and they competed against adults. Our whānau are always grateful for the funds that help our kotiro get overseas, to do what she loves (dance) and represent our country, our people, our iwi, whānau and hapū.
