The Rangitane Cultural Impact Assessment was commissioned by Te Rūnanga Ā-Iwi-Ō-Ngāpuhi and is a requirement in accordance with Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020.
