16 December 2019Thesis to be presented at Indigenous Health Conference
Kia ora, My name is Lizzie Strickett and I am Ngāpuhi. A few years ago when embarking on my Masters in Māori Public Health, I was fortunate enough to have been given support by the Rūnanga in my first year of study. I am pleased to inform you that after having completed this thesis, which explored Māori women’s experiences in pregnancy, it has been selected to be presented at PRIDOC conference in Hawaii. I would love the opportunity to give back to Ngāpuhi and offer my thanks for this support.
Ngā mihi,
Elizabeth Strickett
